flash player, 64Bit, firefox 3.6.3, Ubuntu 9.10

Download tar.gzipped adobe flash plugin 64-Bit prerelease here to the directory /<DOWNLOADS>, then do:

cd /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
tar xzvf /<DOWNLOADS>/libflashplayer-10.0.45.2.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz
chown root:root libflashplayer.so
chmod 644 /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
cd /usr/lib/firefox/plugins
ln -s ../../mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so libflashplayer.so

restart Firefox

sun java, 64Bit, firefox 3.6.3, Ubuntu 9.10

like the flash player, but /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so is the plugin.
